As many may already be aware, VMware announced the availability of the vSphere Beta Program open to all to test drive the new version of vSphere.
I’m a bit late to the party after being on vacation this past week so I have some catching up to do!
The program page – located here – has all the details. Once you have signed up you will be given access to the download bits as well as some documentation and a schedule of upcoming webinars to go over the new features.
This is a bit of a big deal to most of us as this is the first time VMware has allowed such a public beta for new vSphere products. Not surprisingly, you must agree to an NDA so I can’t discuss the new features here…you’ll have to sign up yourself or wait for VMWorld (US) next month.
Feels a little bit like Christmas in July!
